Jewelry Care
Silver changes with time. With simple care, your pieces can retain their finish while developing a character that becomes uniquely yours.
01
Everyday Care
Wear
Silver is made to be worn, but repeated contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions and excessive moisture can affect its surface over time.
After Wearing
Wipe your jewelry gently with a clean, soft cloth before storing it. This helps remove oils, moisture and residue from everyday wear.
Water
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering or prolonged exposure to water. Chlorine, salt and other chemicals may affect the finish.
02
Cleaning Silver
Light Cleaning
For regular maintenance, use a soft jewelry cloth and gently polish the surface without applying excessive pressure.
Tarnish
Silver may naturally tarnish over time. This is a normal reaction with air and moisture and does not mean the piece is damaged.
Avoid Abrasives
Do not use harsh household cleaners, rough cloths or abrasive materials unless specifically recommended for the finish of your piece.
03
Store with care.
Keep jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Store pieces separately when possible to reduce scratching and contact between surfaces.
Odyssey packaging can also be used to help protect pieces when they are not being worn.
A Few Simple Rules
The easier it is to care for, the easier it is to keep wearing.
01
Keep Dry
Limit prolonged exposure to water and moisture.
02
Avoid Chemicals
Apply perfume, lotions and cosmetics before putting jewelry on.
03
Store Separately
Reduce scratching by keeping pieces apart when stored.
04
Polish Gently
Use a clean soft cloth when your silver needs refreshing.
